Warranty Policy

Pull Cargo Trailers is committed to providing quality trailers and accessories. This Warranty Policy outlines the limited warranties available on products sold through our website. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer or by us as the dealer, as specified.

Important: This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. Read the full terms, exclusions, and claim process carefully. Warranty coverage is subject to proper use, maintenance, and timely claims.

1. Who Is Covered

Warranties apply only to the original retail purchaser and are non‑transferable unless explicitly stated. Coverage begins on the date of purchase (as shown on your invoice or delivery receipt).

2. Structural Warranty (Main Frame)

Duration: [e.g., 3 years] from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Covered: Main frame assembly, including bottom rails, cross members, and primary structural welds.

What we will do: Repair or replace defective parts at no charge for materials and labor (at an authorized location).

3. Axle and Suspension Warranty

Duration: [e.g., 1 year] or as specified by axle manufacturer (e.g., Dexter, Lippert).

Covered: Axles, springs, and suspension components against defects under normal use.

Exclusions: Normal wear items (e.g., bearings, bushings), overload damage, or improper lubrication.

4. Tires, Wheels, and Brakes

Duration: Tires covered by tire manufacturer warranty only. Brakes and wheels: [e.g., 6 months] or manufacturer terms.

Covered: Manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions: Road hazard damage, punctures, uneven wear from improper inflation, overloading, or misalignment.

5. Paint and Finish

Duration: [e.g., 1 year] against peeling, blistering, or corrosion due to defective application.

Exclusions: Surface scratches, chips from normal use, or damage from chemicals, solvents, or improper cleaning.

6. Electrical and Lighting

Duration: [e.g., 6 months] against defects in wiring, lights, and connectors.

Exclusions: Damage from water exposure, short circuits, or aftermarket modifications.

7. Flooring and Interior

Duration: [e.g., 1 year] against defects in materials (e.g., rot, delamination).

Exclusions: Wear from dragging loads, chemicals, moisture not sealed properly, or animal damage.

8. Claim Process

  1. Contact us within [e.g., 30 days] of discovering the issue, providing:

    • Order number and proof of purchase.

    • Description of the defect.

    • Photos or video evidence.

  2. Obtain authorization: Do not attempt repairs without written approval unless an emergency.

  3. Inspection: Bring the trailer to our location or an authorized service center (travel costs may apply).

  4. Repair or replacement: Approved claims will be handled promptly; we reserve the right to repair, replace parts, or issue credit.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Delays or unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

10. Limitations of Warranty

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES: To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose) are disclaimed beyond the express terms here.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: Repair or replacement of defective parts is your sole remedy. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, rental costs, downtime).
