Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of trailers, parts, accessories, and related products or services  from Pull Cargo Trailers  through our website PullCargoTrailers.com , by phone, or through other authorized channels. By placing an order or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding contract. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use our services.

1. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pull Cargo Trailers. The contract between you and us is formed when:

  • We confirm your order in writing (email, confirmation page, or other notice).

  • We accept your payment or deposit.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraud.

  • Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

You are responsible for ensuring order details (model, size, specifications, delivery address) are accurate. Custom orders or special builds may not be cancellable once production begins.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in [USD] and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and any additional fees unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other secure options.

  • Deposits for custom or high‑value orders.

Full payment is typically due:

  • At time of order for stock items.

  • Upon completion or before delivery for custom builds.

Late payments may incur interest per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend delivery or withhold title until full payment is received.

All amounts are due without setoff, deduction, or counterclaim.

3. Delivery and Title Transfer

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon:

    • Delivery to your specified address and your acceptance/inspection.

    • Pickup by you or your agent from our location.

  • You are responsible for all costs and risks after title transfer.

We aim to meet quoted delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply issues, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Custom Orders and Specifications

For custom or built‑to‑order trailers:

  • You must provide accurate specifications.

  • Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges and delays.

  • Once production starts, orders are generally non‑cancellable and non‑refundable except where required by law.

We will use reasonable efforts to match your specifications but are not liable for minor variations unless explicitly guaranteed.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products are sold with any applicable manufacturer warranties provided at purchase. We may offer limited dealer warranties on select items—see warranty documentation.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

You are responsible for verifying products suit your intended use, towing vehicle, and local regulations before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Damage from improper use, overloading, poor maintenance, accidents, or modifications.

  • Delays in delivery or supply chain issues.

These limits apply even if we knew of the possibility of such damages.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

In summary:

  • Custom or used items may not be returnable.

  • Change‑of‑mind returns limited and subject to restocking fees.

  • Defects handled through warranty process.

No refunds or returns without prior authorization.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, shortages, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws, excluding conflict of laws rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated version is posted on the Site.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us. No oral agreements or prior understandings modify these Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
